Rarely do we get returns from our customers, for they understand that the beauty of handcrafted products lies in the little imperfections here and there. Though, if you ever wish to return our product, please follow the below steps.
In case you find any form of damage in the product, or you face any problem with the sizes, kindly email us the issue in detail with a picture within 2 days of receiving your order.
Once you receive a confirmation from us over email, you can send your product back to us at our mailing address.
We will either send a replacement of the product to you or refund the cost of the product to your Ray-Ethnic wallet which can used while shopping online on the Ray-Ethnic website. A charge of Rs.250 for shipping will be applicable in case we send a replacement product to you.
Products purchased from our physical stores, exhibitions, or on sale do not qualify for an exchange or refund online.
