Shipping & Delivery

For orders placed in India, we ship orders usually within 7 to 10 business days from the day the order is placed. Certain products that are handmade or made-to-order might take a little longer to be shipped. We will try our best to keep you updated about any changes in the delivery schedule. Within India, the orders usually get delivered within 7 to 10 days of dispatch.

For deliveries outside India, there is a separate shipping cost. Several countries have tax free exemption values for overseas purchases upto a certain limit. Customs duties and local taxes vary as per country and have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. In case of an international order, if a customer refuses to pay the import duty or taxes as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency, then the shipping cost as well as return cost to India would be adjusted against the purchase amount received and only the balance left if any, would be transferred in the form of a credit note. This credit note is valid for use for purchase on our website only.

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. We cannot control nor be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. At such times, we will work with you to find a resolution.

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot be liable or held responsible if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address. Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

Sale

Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return or exchange of any kind.

Your privacy is of utmost significance to us and we respect it. Any and every piece of information collected from you is safe with us and we assure you its security from any form of misuse.

Returns & Replacements

Rarely do we get returns from our customers, for they understand that the beauty of handcrafted products lies in the little imperfections here and there.  For orders shipped in India, if you ever wish to return our product, please follow the below steps: 

  1. In case you find any form of damage in the product, or you face any problem with the sizes, kindly email us the issue in detail with a picture within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once you receive a confirmation from us over email, you can send your product back to us at our mailing address.
  3. We will either send a replacement of the product to you or refund the cost of the product in the form of a credit note. This credit note is valid for use while shopping online on the Ray-Ethnic website only. A charge of Rs.250 for shipping will be applicable in case we send a replacement product to you.
  4. Replacement courier will be sent on receipt of return courier. This might take anywhere from 8-12 days.
Products purchased from our physical stores, exhibitions, or on sale do not qualify for an exchange or refund online.

We are currently not accepting replacements or returns for international shipments.
