In case you find any form of damage in the product, or you face any problem with the sizes, kindly email us the issue in detail with a picture within 2 days of receiving your order.

Once you receive a confirmation from us over email, you can send your product back to us at our mailing address.

We will either send a replacement of the product to you or refund the cost of the product to your Ray-Ethnic wallet which can used while shopping online on the Ray-Ethnic website. A charge of Rs.250 for shipping will be applicable in case we send a replacement product to you.

Products purchased from our physical stores, exhibitions, or on sale do not qualify for an exchange or refund online.

Natural-dyed and printed colours might bleed during the first few washes or rub against the skin & other light-coloured garments. Natural Colour also get affected due to perspiration. In the artful process of hand block-printing, embroidery work and stitching, variations are likely to come into existence.
