    Where can I check my order details?
    You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website. Once you login you will see an option called - My Orders, where you can view all your past orders.

    Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered Email after placing the order


    Can I change my address after placing the order?
    Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not left the warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.

    I have received only a part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?
    Sometimes we dispatch whatever we have ready so as to decrease your waiting time. Also since every product has a different shipping timeline, we may ship the order in batches.

    How do I care for my products?

    Our garments are all made through traditional methods, hand block printed with special dyes with love because of which they might bleed initially, don't worry it's temporary and a part of their artistic nature.

    1. Avoid mixing darker tops with lighter bottoms to prevent any unexpected colour blending.
    2. If you're planning to show off your new attire in high-sweat zones, we recommend opting for another equally stunning ensemble.
    3. All Silk garments including Bandhej,Embroidered, Ombre dyed, plain dyed, Shibori dyed/Clamp dyed needs to be dry cleaned only.
    4. For Cotton garments, we recommend to handwash them separately using mild detergent.
    5. Skip the washing machine.
    6. Gentle dry them inside out in a shaded area. 

    7. We recommend using arm pads for underarms, specifically in Silk, Ajrakh & Kalamkari garments as prolonged exposure to sweat may lead to discoloration in the specific area of effect.


    Where can I find the Size Chart?

    Please refer to the product page for the size chart. Sizes may change slightly depending on the silhouette.

    The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?

    The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process. The garment colour may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.

    What is your Shipping Timeline?
    All clothing products take 5 to 15 working days (shipping timelines may vary from product to product).
    All International orders shall  take 2 to 3 weeks to be shipped but if an order has multiple products and timeline varies then the entire shipment will be shipped together. 

    Working Days are Monday - Saturday, so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.

    Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

    Please do not accept a parcel if it is tampered as we will not be responsible for it.

    Where are my tracking details?
    As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such. 

    What are your shipping charges?

    For Domestic Shipping
    We offer free shipping for orders above Rs.2500. For orders below Rs.2500, a flat shipping fee of Rs.200 is charged. For COD, charges will be levied extra.

    For International Shipping
    Cash on delivery is not available for international orders. A flat shipping fee of Rs.5000 is charged for every kilogram.Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.

  • Return and Exchange Related

    What is your Return and Exchange policy?

    Return & Exchange Policy:

    • Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
    • Refunds are only made in terms of a Credit Note to be used on the website only.
    • Credit Note  will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
    • Sale products are not eligible for any Return/Exchange
    • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
    • Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once. Orders placed using a Credit Note are eligible for any Returns or a Credit Note, provided the product is eligible for the same.
    • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
    • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
    • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

    Return/Exchange Request Process:

    • State the return/exchange reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
    • A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
    • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
    • Return/exchange requests for orders placed using a Credit Note will be rejected.

    Credit note :

    • A credit note will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
    • The credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
    • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
    • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

    International Orders:

    • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.
    • We do not provide exchange on International Orders 
    • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.
    • A Credit Note will be issued for the value of the returned product only.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • International Orders are not eligible for exchanges.The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision. Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at info@rayethnic.com The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A Credit Note of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

    Kindly be aware that we have partnered with a third-party courier service. While we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. Any disputes arising shall be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.


    I received a damaged product. What options can you give to rectify this issue?
    In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention about the damaged product here https://rayethnic.com/pages/contact
    The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a Credit Note of the same value to you. 


    Where can I find my Credit Note & how to use it?
    The Credit Note will have been sent to you in the form of a Coupon code, via Email/WhatsApp on the same contact details with which you shopped on our website. Please also check the junk/spam folder too.

    While applying the coupon, please ensure you have logged into your profile using the same Email id used to place your last order.

    You can copy the coupon code and paste it in the "Coupons" section at checkout. The amount will automatically be deducted from your cart.
